Description
English: A Traditional breakfast at Tamahan Ryokan, Kyoto. The dishes include roast mackerel, dashimaki (Japanese omelette, here Kansai style), rice, a paper pot (kami nabe) of yudofu over a small brasier, with soy sauce and toppings (negi and katsuobushi), tsukemono (cucumber, pickling melon, turnip) and green tea. In the black cup is miso soup.
Français : Petit déjeuner servi dans le Tamahan Ryokan, à Kyoto (Japon). Les plats comprennent du maquereau grillé, une omelette (dashimaki, ici à la manière de Kansai), du riz, du tofu bouilli dans kami nabe (ou pot en papier) avec de la sauce soja du negi et du Katsuobushi, un Tsukemono de concombre, panais et melon), de la soupe miso et du thé vert.
日本語: 京都にある料理旅館玉半の伝統的な朝食。メニューの内容は焼きサバ、関西風だし巻き卵、ご飯、紙鍋の湯豆腐(湯豆腐？)をコンロを付け、その側には葱とカツオだしと醤油が味付けの為に添えられている。そしてキュウリとカブと酢漬けの白瓜？の漬物そして緑茶。黒いお椀の中は味噌汁が入っている。
