Description
English: View of the Salto Angel (Angel Falls, named after Jimmie Angel) from the path overlooking the right bank of the creek created by the falls. Picture taken during dry season, when the falls have a small discharge. Angel Falls are the highest falls on earth. They are 979m high, including a 807m free fall.
Français : Vue du Salto Angel (Chutes Angel, du nom de Jimmy Angel) depuis le chemin surplombant la rive droite de la rivière issue de ce saut. Photo prise durant la saison sèche, lorsque le débit est faible. Le Salto Angel est la plus haute cascade du monde, avec 979m de haut, dont 807m de chute libre.
