English: Selles-sur-Cher is a French goats'-milk labelled Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese, made in the Centre region of France. Its name is derived from the commune of Selles-sur-Cher.
Français : Le selles-sur-cher est un fromage français au lait de chèvre, bénéficiant d'une appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) et fabriqué dans la région Centre. Il doit son nom à la commune de Selles-sur-Cher.
