Welcome to my user page! I am Guanaco, one of the administrators here on Wikimedia Commons. I first edited Wikipedia in 2004, and eventually I transitioned to focus on this project. I believe Wikimedia Commons has the potential to be as valuable a resource as Wikipedia, on its own merits. This is the greatest collection of freely licensed and public domain media in history, and it grows larger every day. If you need help with anything, feel free to leave me a message.
The short answer is it's probably outside our project scope, or there are copyright issues. These issues can be complex and confusing for everyone, but especially to new users.
