This is an account for a bot maintained by User:R'n'B. See Commons:Bots/Requests for flags/RussBot.
This bot will periodically clean out Category:Non-empty category redirects by moving the contents of redirected categories into their corresponding new categories. It will operate unattended, on a schedule to be determined (depending on how quickly new categories show up in this maintenance category)..
The bot uses the Pywikipediabot framework.
