- Article 16. Free use of the work located in open for attendance (public) places
Without the consent of the author and another copyright holder and without paying the author's remuneration it is permitted to reproduce, broadcast works of architecture, photography or figurative arts which are located in public places, with the exception of the cases when the image of the work is the main object of such reproduction or broadcasting, and when the image of the work is used for commercial purposes[1].

- Article 20. Use of Works Permanently Located in a Public Place
The reproduction, broadcasting or communication to the public by cable of architectural works, photographic works and works of fine art permanently located in a public place shall be permissible without the author's consent and without payment of remuneration, except where the presentation of the work constitutes the main feature of the said reproduction, broadcast or communication to the public by cable, if it is used for commercial purposes [2].

It is permitted, without consent of the author or other holder of copyright and without paying the royalty to him, to make reproduction or communication to the public of architectural, photographic and fine arts work permanently disposed in places open to free attendance, with the exception of cases, when the image of the work represents the main object of such reproduction or public communication or is used for gaining profit [3].

The works of architecture, photography or fine arts permanently located in a place open to general public may be reproduced, broadcast, or communicated to the public by cable without the author's consent and payment of author’s remuneration, with the exception of cases where the presentation of the work constitutes the main feature of the said reproduction, broadcast or communication to the public by cable or if it is used for commercial purposes[5].

Reproduction, broadcasting or cablecasting for general public knowledge shall be allowed, without the author's consent or payment of royalties, of works of architecture, photography and figurative art permanently located in places of public resort, except where portrayal of the work is the basic object of such reproduction, broadcasting or cablecasting for general public knowledge or where portrayal of the work is used for commercial purposes[7].

Uzbekistan[edit]
- Article 30. Free use of works located permanently in places opened for free visiting
The reproduction, broadcasting or transmission through cable for public notification, of works of architecture, photography, fine art, that are located permanently in places opened for free visiting, is permitted without an author's consent and payment of author's royalties. This rule is not applicable to cases when an image of a work is the general object of such reproductions, broadcasting or cable transmission as well as to cases when an image of a work is used for commercial purposes[8].
