Hallo Peter! Ich war und bin tatsächlich immer jener Fotos, mit denen Sie WP bereichern. Ihre letzten Kandidaturen auf COM:FPC und QI sowie Ihr Kommentar bei File:SC Wiener Neustadt vs. Wolfsberger AC 20141122 (023).jpg lassen mich jedoch mit Staunen zurück. Sie bemängeln eine (zugegebenermaßen) Überbelichtung, die der Signalfarbe des Trikots bei Flutlicht(!), während Sie die Überstrahlung und Überbelichtung bei ihren Kupppelsaal-Fotos nicht erkennen wollen. Schon als wir die Porträts des Torhüters bei Tageslicht gemacht haben, hetten wir diesen veranlasst, ein anderes Trikot anzuziehen. Freundliche Grüße --Steindy (talk) 16:18, 3 December 2014 (UTC)

- -falls der etwas verunglückte erste Satz ein Lob meiner Fotos ist, dann sage ich danke dafür!
- -Das "Sie" ist von meiner Seite nicht notwendig, ich habe es bisher als ganz nett gefunden, dass innerhalb der Wikipedia/Wikimedia per Du angesprochen wird; aber ich kann damit leben ...
- -Mit Staunen zurückgelassen bin ich des Öfteren bei Ihren Meldungen in QIC. Ich hatte dort natürlich auch eine gewisse Eingewöhnungsphase in der ich schon mal dem einen oder anderen Regular auf den Schlips getreten bin. Aber insgesamt habe ich mittlerweile die Atmosphäre als korrekt, sachlich und relativ höflich wenn auch manchmal kurz angebunden erlebt. Wenn dann Aussagen wie "Revanche-foul" kommen, dann denke ich mir beim ersten Mal noch, OK, vielleicht schlecht geschlafen. Wenn das aber dann zum System wird und die persönlichen Angriffe in mehr oder weniger Rundumschläge ausarten, was dann??
- -Zur Sache: Wenn ein Trikot eines Spielers als wesentlicher Teil des Bildes überbelichtet ist und somit die Zeichnung in diesem Bildteil nicht mehr sichtbar ist, dann ist das für mich ein Ausschlussgrund für QI. Wenn ich in diesem Fall EXIF-Daten sehen könnte, dann würde ich versuchen mich mit dem Problem genauer auseinanderzusetzen und u.U. dem user einen Tipp in die eine oder andere Richtung geben. Wenn andererseits bei einem Bild wie dem Kuppelsaal die, zugegebenermaßen völlig ausgbrannten Fenster helfen den Eindruck wiederzugeben den man im Saal stehend hat, nämlich eine von diesen Fenstern ausgehende Helligkeit die in den Augen schmerzt, und an den Stellen der Fenster auch keinerlei Struktur verlorengegangen ist, dann finde ich das keinen Ausschlussgrund für QI.

- Hallo Pezi,
- ich hatte deshalb nicht mehr geantwortet, weil und beide doch zu unterschiedliche fotografische Ansichten und Standpunkte trennen. Dies ändert nichts an der Anerkennung, vieler deiner wirklich beeindruckenden Fotos. Ein schöes Weihnachtsfest und immer scharfe Linsen wünscht dir --Steindy (talk) 14:14, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
- PS: Wenn das, was der nämliche Benutzer gemacht hat, keine Revanchefouls waren (hier die Historie dazu), dann hast du eine bemerkenswerte Sichtweise zu solchem Vorgehen, das ich keinem anderen Benutzer wünsche.

- zunächst einmal welcome back! Das Lob und die Anerkennung für wirklich gute und auch für die Wiki brauchbare Fotos kann ich nur zu gerne zurückgeben. Auch wenn ich bei der Bewertung als QI des öfteren gegen deine Fotos gestimmt habe, heißt das keineswegs, dass ich die Fotos nicht gut finde. Sie entsprechen nur meiner Meinung nach nicht den Regeln für Quality Images. Diese Regeln sind irgendwie historisch entstanden, bei manchen Details hätte ich auch gerne Veränderungen (z.B. ist die 2MP Grenze für mein Gefühl nicht mehr zeitgemäß). Andererseits habe ich auch Bilder hochgeladen, die aus Scans von alten Diapositiven stammen und bei denen ich gar nicht versucht habe sie als QI einzureichen. Trotzdem finde ich, dass diese Bilder ihren Zweck im Artikel erfüllen.
- Zu der Geschichte mit den "Revanche fouls": Ich habe das nicht so im Detail verfolgt, und wahrscheinlich hat dein Eindruck gestimmt, dass es eine "Retourkutsche" war. Mein Kommentar bezog sich aber eher auf dein Verhalten - ich habe schon mehr als einmal erlebt, dass bei QI ein Hitzkopf dachte, er kann sich für eine Beurteilung "rächen". Die Regulars reagieren da meist ganz cool, schicken die betroffenen Bilder in die Discussion und dann regelt sich das. Da bei deinen Bildern allerdings doch meistens die Mehrheit die Meinung vertreten hat, dass es kein QI ist, relativiert sich für mich halt auch das "Revanche foul" ...

Brazilian mask in VI[edit]
Thank you for your flattering assessment of my image of the Brazilian mask. This image would probably FP if we want to be interested in what it is, but it would be judged on technical criteria are not met. I did it in our reserves in bad conditions. - Servus Isiwal, keine Zeit stimmt nicht ganz, aber die Zeit wird im Moment von einem neuen "Vogel" gefressen: Habe voriges Jahr die Amateurfunklizenz gemacht. Die Lust am Fotografieren war jetzt wetterbedingt auch etwas kleiner; kommt aber eh schon wieder. Der WLM-Countdown hat begonnen[edit]
Hallo P e z i,
nun ist es wieder soweit. Vom 1. bis zum 30. September findet zum fünften Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Im Mittelpunkt steht bekanntlich das Fotografieren von Kulturdenkmalen. Du hast an einem der letzten Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen und wir freuen uns auf weitere Bildbeiträge von Dir.
Viele interessante Motive, nicht nur Burgen und Schlösser, sondern auch Fachwerkhäuser, Brücken und Brunnen, technische und Industriedenkmale und vieles mehr gibt es noch zu fotografieren, damit sie in der Wikipedia dokumentiert werden können. Nützliche Tipps findest du auf unserer WLM-Projektseite. Du kannst gerne individuell Fototouren durchführen oder aber Dich auch Gruppentouren anschließen. Besonders freuen wir uns auf Fotos, die Lücken in den Denkmallisten der Wikipedia ausfüllen.
Darüber hinaus kannst Du auch an der Arbeit der Jury teilnehmen, die Mitte Oktober die Fotos bewerten und die Gewinner ermitteln wird. Bis zum 15. August kannst du hier Deine Bewerbung einreichen.
Viel Erfolg und Spaß beim größten Fotowettbewerb der Wiki(m/p)edia in den bevorstehenden Wettbewerbswochen wünscht Dir das Orga-Team. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Fotos.
