The are working very well for homing but are false tripping when hard limits are turned on. Any suggestions?

One wire on the Z+ and one on the Z-. When I jog the z motor and hit the switch it goes not seem to work. If I hook the wires to the estop on the board it works as expected. Any feedback would be very helpful.
