Description
English: 3D surface (shape) model of endothelial mitochondria. The video shows a 3D model of the mitochondrial surface in the same z-stack as Video S1 (i.e. a mitoGFP expressing HUVEC). An intensity threshold value (surface value) was applied to assign the surface.
