The main frame is made from a Misumi extrusion kit. The linear motion rails are all OpenBuilds parts. The Z-axis is OpenRails and the X- and Y- Axis are both using V-Slot rails with a Rack&Pinion style belt setup which is described on this site. This is still a work in progress but for the most part it is finished.
The build envelope is about 8x10x12 but that will soon be growing once I redesign the X-axis to something a little less chunky.
My first (though technically third) printer was inspired by Mark's ideas. You'll find a picture of it in the ablum. It worked VERY well, but I wanted to enclose it in the future and given the dynamics of it, I didn't see how that would be possible.
