Do you by chance have any pictures of the idler pulley portion? I am not sure how the idler cap fits to hold the idler.
I am using version .13 for Windows 7 64 bit, I find that it quite unstable and hangs/crashes a lot. Maybe it is stable on another OS?
Josh Mascote published a new build: Berrybot inspired delta 3d printer with a few other tweaks and modifications. Read more about this build...
I am still in the concept phase, but it is coming along. This delta printer was inspired by quite a few of the current delta printers in production....
Ok, so I figured it out. It was mostly that the X, Y, and Z axis velocity max and feedrate max were set too high despite being a suggested starting...
I totally get that. That is why I am going to build my own one day (currently only have a Shapeoko 2), it not always about the end product. A lot...
I have not, but will give it a go when I get home.
It does make sense, but I am at a loss currently to find any setting or software to correct it. So far I have tried CoolTerm, Chrome G-Code Sender...
Yeah, I am really scratching my head on this one. If I leave the TR values at the default 36.540 (shapeoko defaults) it draws the separation in...

Thanks for keeping us updated. I am sure you are going to do this, but it might be worth evangelizing these improvements once you do get things in...
I think you certainly could, but unless you simplified the design, it would take several passes in several different positions to make. The holes on...
Friend who is printing the parts for me was concerned about the overhangs. I was actually mostly interested in the OpenSCAD file for the vertex...
I am having a friend printing the parts and he asked if I had the OpenSCAD file due to the overhangs. *Edit: Don't think it didn't cross my mind...
Do you happen to have the OpenSCAD file for this part?
Looks good. This helps a ton. Looks like you have some rods in addition to a carriage? I would be interested in getting some dimensions for parts....
I would like to try this build. Do you have any pictures of a finished build, I am having trouble visualizing how the 3d printed part fits in??
