Thanks for the link I always thought it was very dangerous to breath the carbon dust.

A friend of mine suggested making a water cutting tray by gluing a foam spoiler board to the bottom and filling the water level above the carbon sheet this way all the dust would be captured.

Yes I have been told the same I have seen a guy on you tube doing the same thing. It's Def something I would love to be able to cut safely. Nothing looks nicer than carbon fiber in my eyes

If you can cut under water this is a great solution, a little tricky & costly for one off cuts! :banghead:

If you cannot cut under water then!

It's your lungs you should worry about!

Use a face mask and a fine filtered dust extractor.
The finer the cuts the more hazardous it becomes.

It is very dangerous and it cannot be removed once inside the body! :banghead::cry:

You may want to also POLISH it also with Diamond paste, this will reduce micro-fractures.

    Good luck!

I agree it is a very cool material. :)

PS How come people like me links but not me! :banghead:

I personally have never milled it and have no future plans to, but for those who do this is a good bit of info.
