    Are you going to install a spoiler board on top of it? Without it you will cut into the alu cross pieces.

    Yep, if I am routing a part that cuts through the part I will slip a spoiler board under my part.

    I didn't want to go to all the trouble of making the attached spoiler board over and over.

    Like the slotted bed!
    Just curious; the wooden bed itself is also exactly 20mm i presume?
    How did you get it flush with the 20x20 beams?

    Where did you get the mount for your router body?
    I'm still looking for a good one to hold my Dewalt router.
    The dewalt is just until I can afford to pick up a water cooled spindle though. :)
