spacer needed for wheel mounted on extrusion?

I'd like to mount four wheels directly to the aluminum extrusion, as in the photo below. Do I just need the standard wheel kit and a t-slot nut to do that, or is any sort of extra spacer or such needed as well?

I don't have any of the equipment yet, so I'd like to make sure I'm getting all the parts I need when I place my order.

    Hi Mark
    A question.
Can these wheels be slid along the slot, and then tightened using the screw in the centre of the wheel?
    Could be really useful.

    Cheers

    An idea Mark.
Looking at those pictures above: Would it be possible to drive a set of wheels directly from a stepper, with the piece of 20x20 V Slot inserted, and pinched, between the rollers, thereby driving the V slot backwards and forwards? Maybe with a table affixed to the top of the Moving 20x20 V slot? Or would that produce too much downward pressure and cause the wheel to slip from the groove? Maybe a sharper slot, and a pointier wheel?

    Just a thought.

    Gray. (Not Gary) Lol :)
