VERIFIED WORKING
This light is powered by an ATtiny45/85 which powers on the 14 LED lights when motion is sensed and it is in a dark room. The light sensor on the board will not allow the lights to come on if it is in a reasonably lit room.
It is fitted with a barrel plug for power, this model specifically with an L7805CV voltage regulator.
NOTE - I use a 3 pin female header to plug the PIR sensor into to the PCB.

For those who prefer 3mm LED’s instead of 5mm.
The recommended capacitor is a 10µF polarized capacitor.
Arduino Uno shield for programming the ATtiny45 and ATtiny85 through hole ICs, with breakout headers and a test LED to use with the blink arduino example, though you must set the LED pin to pin 0.
VERIFIED WORKING - The reset jumper is fixed in this version
