A tiny 2.5V-4.6V in 5V out with a maximum continuous current of 5A and can deliver brief peak currents of 8A. Don’t go over 5A for any meaningful amount of time or the diode will explode. Or just get really hot and desolder itself. Or both.

Eats 18-60VDC, poops out 12V at 3.5A. Runs on magical kitten breath.
And money. Kitten breath and skrilla. The module is a MAXM17504 they’re $30 a pop. There are cheaper solutions than this board.
This is really only if you already had the modules lying around for some reason and need to use them :).
