Solar Powered ATmega328P with pluggable connections for a pulse sensor (e.g. flow meter), six digital I/O, and two analog inputs (e.g. current loops). 20W of PV with a 12V SLA charge control and simple battery management. ^5 Improves how VIN power is sent to Shield (e.g. RPUpi /w a Pi Zero) and adds a pluggable 5V output (for K3 latching solenoid driver).
