I have a 15 MHz Oscillator. My TIA accepts 1, 5 or 10 MHz. This board is a divide-by-3.

  • IC1 & IC2 - dual D flip-flops
  • IC3 - quad 2 input NOR gates
  • C1-3 0.1µF
