R1 = 100Ohm
C1 = 2 * C4
C4, C7 = 1/(2 * pi * frequency * 70.7)
L1, L2, = 70.7/(2 * pi * frequency)
The splitter will have an 3dB in-phase split at the wanted frequency.
C2,C3,C5,C6,C8,C9 is extra pads in order to paralell capacitors to obtain the correct value.
All the capacitors are 1206 size and the inductors are wound on T50 size toroidal inductors or as airwound inductors.

The design has been tested functional. Relay can be driven directly from Arduino board or Atmel368 micro controller (5V supply). Wire relay coil as you would an LED. That is, include a series resistor (~200 Ohm) to limit current.
