C1,C2=18pF:C3,C5=100nF:C4=470nF:R1=10k:R2,R3=330R:IC1=MCP2200:CRY1=12MHz 5mmx3.2mm (Farnell 1841963):CON2=Mini USB (Farnell 2112367). All resistors, capacitors and LED’s are 0805.
