Generic Display Adapter is an interface board which is used to connect number of TFT LCDs which supports 40 pin connector “Generic Standard”. The Generic Standard pinout is supported by many LCD manufacturers. The Generic Display Adapter provides 18 bit RGB signal along with 4-wire resistive touch interface on the same 40 pin connector. The input connector of the Generic Display Adapter follows the Unified EDT display interface, which is available on the Toradex Carrier Boards.
