1x16F630 SMD PIC flashed with Sebs code 1 x 100nF 1206 size Ceramic Capacitor, 1 x 220 Ohm 1206 size Resistors, 1 x 3mm or 5mm Dual Color LED with 3 legs. Can be used on Sega Saturn also.
