This will be an Aluminum OX build. Plates and all design credit goes to Mark from open builds. I may add my own touches but mainly this is to see how Aluminum plates perform

    I have tested movement on the prototype and it was smooth and firm.
    The motors I used for testing where only 100 step so the resolution was poor.
    In the pic you will see that I used v wheels but they are all being swapped for solid wheels.
    As I build my OX AI ten limited kits are being put together and will release at the same time to be fare for all that would like to give it a run.

    You are right Robert it must of been my eyes. Now that I have seen the video teaser things are much clearer. Can't wait to see the kits. I might have to rethink my OX build. I have a bad case of the "I Wants". Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your knowledge and creativity with all of us.

    I think the main feature of this new design is that the y axis rails are protected from debris. Seems like most everything else is functionally the same with altered plate designs.

    Something I couldn't quite make out was the x axis, is that two 2060 v slots turned horizontally (opposite of the ox build?)

    No the X axis is 2 x 20x40 in the same orientation as the OX

    Beta tester has bin picked already, 10 Stinger kits will be produced while testing is done and released at the same time no reservations, first come first serve after release.

    I only mill 4 plate OX sets with my belt clips and hardware included for now as I'm trying to complete my own OX AI and get the Stinger out ASAP
