This is a stripped down version of the full size laser cutter control board, using just enough parts to get the job done and nothing more. Two stepper drivers from Pololu needed, as is a handful of other parts, all available to read up on at Github: https://github.com/chimera/laser-cutter-control

This is the full-sized version of the laser cutter control board, inspired by (and possibly improved on) the original Chris Jones design so famously sold out by being featured on Hack-A-Day in 2012 (or was it 2013?). A minimum of two stepper drivers from Pololu are required, as is a handful of other parts, all available to read up on at Github: https://github.com/chimera/laser-cutter-control

WS2812 8-LED Stick

Based on the Adafruit Neopixel Stick, resized and tuned for OSH Park’s DRU.

Pads along the top are for 0.1uF (100nF) 0805 ceramic capacitors, the bottom eight 6-PLCC pads are for the WS2812’s. Pads on the back are for signal in and out, along with passthrough drive voltage (4-7VDC) and ground/earth.
