Job description
We are a fast growing fabless semiconductor company looking for an ambitious, conscientious, and thorough RFIC Layout Design Engineer to join the Anokiwave team. You will be responsible for the layout of highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave RFICs in state of the art technologies.
The successful candidate should demonstrate proven capabilities in the following:
- Understanding of RFIC layout fundamentals including foundry design rules, hierarchical design, transmission line routing and decoupling strategies
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and general operation
- Proficiency in layout tools
- BSEE or Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
You will work with an incredible team of IC design and test professionals developing state of the art products for 5G, SATCOM, and A&D markets. You will assist in transistor-level layout and modeling for RF design and will work closely with IC designers to optimize subcircuit layout for minimum size and performance.
