ConductRF provides a wide-range of solutions for RF Interconnect products that include custom and standard cable assemblies and connectors.

Their RF cable assembly capabilities extend all the way to High-Performance RF VNA Test Cables, operating up to 110 GHz. The assemblies can be used for a number of specialist applications at standard frequency values. They can also support specific technical characteristic requirements including Stability, Low Loss, High Power and Low PIM. ConductRF can make  mechanical enhancements to the assemblies based on a customer’s requirement. These can include Waterproofing and Armoring the cables.

ConductRF offers two ranges of RF connectors. The precision RF connector ranges include conventional microwave solutions including 1.85mm & 2.92mm as well as SMP & SMPM variants. They also offer high-performance stainless steel standards for SMA, N, and TNC and D38999 RF Contact options like BMA and Size#8, 12 & 16. Their commercial RF connector ranges include standard BNC, TNC, N & SMA for typical RG & LMR cable types. Low PIM products are used extensively with their Low PIM Cable ranges, but also include full ranges of adapters.

ConductRF offer customers full customization capabilities for both cable assemblies and connectors. Their test and validation capabilities include High Frequency RF Test, PIM test, X-Ray, Flex Testing & more. Over-molding capabilities were recently installed and are already being featured in some of their custom products. Electronic Assembly Mfg Inc. owns and operates the exclusive brand of ConductRF from their Methuen, MA facility in the United States. They have appointed Premier Farnell and their Newark element14, Farnell element14 & element14 brands as their exclusive global distribution partner.
