The MAMX-011054 from MACOM is a double-balanced passive diode mixer with a RF/LO frequency from 18 to 46 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 6.5 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 35 dB, and an input IP3 of 20 dBm across the bandwidth.
