The M80-5X2B from Spacek is an E-band mixer covering the two radio bands of 71 to 76 GHz and 81 to 86 GHz. The mixer includes an integrated LO doubler with which the device only requires an input signal of 39 GHz. This mixer can also be supplied with a phase-locked-source. It has a conversion loss of 6-10 dB, an IF Frequency of 2 to 8 GHz and input P1dB of -6 dBm. It requires a 12 V Bias Voltage and draws 10 mA of current.
