The BD57015GWL from ROHM Semiconductor is a 15 W PMA/Qi complaint stand-alone wireless power receiver IC. It supports Qi standard ver 1.2 and PMA standard SR1. The device integrates a fully synchronous rectifier circuit with low-impedance FETs, Qi-compliant and PMA compliant packet controller, has an adjustable regulated voltage output, and an open-drain output terminal to communicate with the power transmitter using amplitude modulation. It is available in a 4.1 x 3.2 x 0.57 mm surface mount package that is ideal for mobile applications implementing wireless charging using the Qi or PMA standard.
