The AMP3132A from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 15 watts with a gain of over 52 dB and has a noise figure of less than 12 dB. This Class AB linear GaAs amplifier requires a supply voltage of 8 VDC and consumes 32 A of current. It is available in a module with 2.92 mm K-type female connectors. This SSPA is suitable for all single channel modulation standards, has built-in protection circuits and an instantaneous wide bandwidth.
