The GRF2806 is a low noise amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 0.96 GHz. At 0.9 GHz, it provides a gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of 1.2 dB and a P1dB of 13.5 dBm while operating from a 3.3 Volt supply and consuming 15 mA of current. It is available in a 4 x 4 mm surface mount package and is ideal for small cell, cellular repeaters, WLAN and distributed antenna system applications.
