The QPA2213D is a wide band GaN driver amplifier MMIC that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. This amplifier provides over 2 watts of saturated power with a gain of 16 dB and PAE of 23%. It has DC blocking capacitors on both RF ports, which are matched to 50 ohms. The amplifier is ideal for both commercial and military wide band systems.

This amplifier has been fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15 um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15) and is available as a die that measures 2.75 x 2.75 x 0.10 mm.
