The MDB-24H+ is a frequency mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 5 GHz to 21.5 GHz and IF frequency from 0 to 5 GHz. The mixer is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology with integrated LO and RF Baluns. The mixer measures 4 x 4 x 1 mm and is available in a surface mount package. It can be used for SATCOM, Commercial and military radars, WiFi and ISM band applications.
