The QPA1019 from Qorvo is a high-power, C-band GaN Amplifier that operates from 4.5 to 7.0 GHz. It provides more than 10 watts of saturated output power with a gain of 19 dB and 39% PAE. The amplifier is packaged in a plastic overmold QFN with a Cu paddle offering easy handling with good thermal properties. As a result of which, it has bias flexibility allowing the user to vary the voltage to achieve optimum system performance while maintaining high reliability.
