This laser diode is powerful enough to cut through paper and thin plastic. Good for engraving and making stencils.

Working with old power supplies can also be dangerous.

Lasers focuses light beams that causes heat. Lots of heat = fire. Be careful!!!

So perhaps if laser cutters are made of recycled metal they would be more affordable.
